Zahnfabrik Bad NauheimZahnfabrik Bad Nauheim stands for more than 100 years of experience and R & D for products of highest quality, especially artificial teeth made from porcelain and acrylics. 1890 the foundations were laid for mass production of “pre-fabricated teeth”. In 1899 the first series of anterior artificial teeth (made from porcelain) were produced. The complementing posteriors were produced some years later. Only the Hutschenreuther Zahnfabrik was founded earlier in 1854. Today also this factory forms part of the dental group.
The R & D-department was constantly looking for new materials that could be used in the fabrication of artificial teeth. Already in the early 30 of the previous century teeth were developed from acrylics – the first thermoplastic artificial tooth made in Europe which was widely used throughout Europe and overseas. The world renowned products of Zahnfabrik Bad Nauheim artificial teeth - stand for their resistance to abrasiveness and other properties such as reliability and life-like appearance.
